10 Ideas for your Fitness Junkie this Christmas

Cutting it close on Christmas gifts for your fitness junkie? Not sure what you can get them? Let me be the one to help you out! I've researched some of the best deals for men AND women to best serve you all! Take a look:

1. You can NEVER go wrong with some nike pro's/compression shorts for your lady, well at least my friends and family can't. I found a good pair of 3" UA shorts from Finish Line, they have a variety of different deals and styles and plenty that aren't compression shorts as well!

2.MENNN, need a pair of good UA shorts? Head over to Cabela's sale section, they have plenty of great gym shorts for pretty cheap! Order by Dec. 19th to get him before Christmas :)

4. Does your junkie use straps to lift? Check out this super cute ones on Amazon!! Amazon is my GO-TO for lifting straps and gloves, you can find any kind/style you want!

5. SHOES FA DAYS. Needing a fresh pair of kicks?? Head over to Famous Footwear and get a good pair of Nike's under $100!

6. Flag Nor Fail merch! You can never go wrong with Dana and Rob Bailey's merchandise. (I am in no an affilate or ambassador for them, I just dig their crap!) But you better hurry over there, things are selling out quick!

7. Two words: WIRELESS HEADPHONES. These were a game changer when my boyfriend gave me my first set. No more carrying your phone in the side of your pants, shorts or in yor pocket and getting it sweaty. I started off with just a simple pair, not sure where they were from and they were just fine but now I have wireless beats and I LOVE THEM!!! 8. Need something small, just to fill space maybe? Try some socks!! Want to make it cute? Stuff some socks in a new shaker/blender bottle and maybe throw in some pre samples! Makes for a cute little gift. And let's be realistic, we can all never find socks when gym time comes around, right???
