10 Real Life Struggles of Being a Grey's Anatomy Fan

As a faithful Grey's Anatomy Addict (proudly) I will share the struggles I have ran into in the 11 1/2 seasons of true torture/love. I left out Spoilers except one of the biggest Grey's Anatomy tragedies, that most people are already aware of...but watch out for 8.

1. You seriously, 110% for real, fall in love with a fictional character.

I literally have a shirt with a photo shopped picture of McDreamy and I...It's true love at it's finest.

2. You have know idea WHY you do this to yourself...

3 boxes of tissues later and you ponder on the reasons why you put yourself through such misery *Clicks Next Episode*

3. You want to become a doctor

Grey's as a way of making you want to go to Medical school and become an intern just like all of them did, although you already know everything "medical" because HELLO, YOU WATCH GREY'S ANATOMY

4. No, really, you feel like you know everythinggggg...

You are a man that has stomach aches? I bet you absorbed your twin the womb and carried him for like 30 years!...or you at least know the lingo.

5. All the sudden everyone wants to talk on Thursday nights

NO, IT IS TGIT AND GREY'S ANATOMY IS ON. I will decline your call, I will ignore you and you will be forgotten until Grey's is off and my tears have dried up...

6. You don't know if you love Shonda Rhimes or want to choke her

One second you're thinking "My goodness, she is a master mind, a TV genius..." and then when she kills off the only one you thought would live that episode, who you've grown quite fond of, you want her dead...

7. Do you want a relationship like the ones showcased on Grey's Anatomy? Really?

So, you want someone to repeatedly hurt you...no? So, you want him to cheat on his wife with you? Oh no...Soooo, you want him to cheat on YOU? No?! Ohhhh you just want the post-it note love...well we all see how that turned out...(Damn you Shonda Rhimes)

8. Spoilers. Spoilers. SPOILERS

PEOPLE, KEEP YOUR DANG MOUTHS CLOSED. Something's are just impossible to hide. Anybody who has Facebook ro heard me crying knows that Derek is no longer on the show...But people don't have to know every detail. I hate when people spoil it. Seriously, it takes me a DAY, tops, to catch up on an episode if I miss it on Thursday and half the time if I look at Facebook, I know what happens. Ugh.

9. Certain songs choke you up

Chasing Cars, How to Save A Life, etc. will automatically remind you Grey's Anatomy and sometimes pull you rheart strings. How To Save A Life always hits me right in the feels.

10. The withdrawals are real

I am currently in the state of a withdrawals, hence this article...TGIT goes on hold and you forget what to do with your whole life.
